Deliveries & Returns
DELIVERY POLICY:
Shipping costs are calculated and reflected in your shopping cart.
When goods are in-stock, orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days. For back ordered items, we will contact you to advise the delivery date.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email. You can follow the status of your order using the tracking number provided in this message.
If you receive a failed delivery attempt notification, please contact the freight company or local post office to collect/or arrange a redelivery of the item(s). They will only redeliver a certain number of times.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are only available for products under warranty, defective or damaged products. All refunds will be processed within three (3) working days of approval.
Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order. Any refunds for items purchased using a discount coupon/voucher will be credited at the net purchase price as shown on your order confirmation email. Please allow up to five (5) days after we have completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.
APPLICABLE LAW:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
